Gymnastics is both an individual and a team sport. She is challenged to be her best but it takes both physical and mental toughness.


Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Her little brother inspires her as she is his role model and looks up to her.


What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

At States, she had to do her beam routine right after her teammate fell off the beam. Her coach cried after Emily got up and scored one of the highest scores as he said it was a testament to her mental toughness and maturity.
