What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

Emmett loves soccer because it’s so much more than the game itself. He loves competing alongside his teammates, helping everyone get better, and celebrating every goal like it’s his own. His favorite moments are the ones in between the games—laughing, hanging out, and making memories with his team, especially on tournament weekends. For Emmett, soccer is about teamwork, friendship, and being part of something bigger than himself.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Emmett is inspired by his coaches, teammates, and especially his dad, who is also his coach. They challenge him to learn, improve, and always be better than he was yesterday. He loves being surrounded by people who believe in him and push him to grow. Sharing soccer with his dad has created a special bond, and they inspire each other every day through their shared love of the game.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

Watching Emmett grow into a confident soccer player has been one of our proudest moments. He has always had the skill and potential, but he was once hesitant to show it in competition. Seeing him come into his own, believe in himself, and embrace every challenge has been incredible. He’s proof that big things can come in small packages, and we couldn’t be more proud of the player, and person, he is becoming.
