What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

What Esteban loves most about football is the challenge to learn, grow, and push himself to be better every day. He loves working hard, learning from his coaches, and becoming a stronger player and teammate. But most of all, he loves the people beside him the friendships, the brotherhood, and the feeling of being part of a team. Football pushes him, inspires him, and brings out his heart, determination, and love for the game.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Esteban says his family, especially his mom, inspires him both on and off the field. He knows how much his family believes in him and supports him, and that pushes him to work harder, never give up, and always be the best version of himself. His mom inspires him to keep chasing his goals, lead with heart, and remember that hard work and determination can take him anywhere.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

The moment that makes me proudest isn’t one single game or accomplishment, it’s watching Esteban show up every day with excitement and determination. I’m proud of his willingness to try, even when he might fail, and his strength to get back up and keep going. Watching him learn, grow, push himself, and become better each day reminds me that his greatest victory is never giving up.
