Evan wants to be a professional soccer player, so Messi, Neymar and Lamin Yemal are his inspirations. But I have trained him since he was a little boy, as I have also played most of my life. We train together 6-7 days a week. He inspires me as much as I try to inspire him.
Evan's drive to be the best and to never give up makes me proud, but his work ethic is really where he shines. Parents always have great things to say after games. So when I hear other's positive feedback, I feel the most proud as I know I'm not the only one that sees his potential and his effort.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
