Evelene loves just being active and making new friends along the journey!

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

She has been inspired by Cameron Murphy , Pitt graduate. Evelene followed her from Seton Hill and watched her tenacity lead her to a spot with the D1 Pitt Panthers. Evelene loves her drive to never stop!

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

She was the goalie in a shoot out in u12. We were at the Pa west open, semi final. The opposing goalie was having a hard time emotionally after letting the winning goal go ahead. Evelene went over to her and hugged her and told her to hold her head up high and get back in there.
