Evelyn is inspired by her coaches, teammates, and family. They encourage her to work hard, believe in herself, and never give up, both on and off the field.
The moments that make me proudest are when Evelyn lifts up her teammates, stays positive, and encourages everyone around her—even when things don’t go as planned. She celebrates her teammates’ successes, cheers them on when they’re struggling, and reminds them to keep going. She leads by example with her positive attitude, determination, and kindness. To me, being a great athlete isn’t just about winning, it’s about being the teammate who makes everyone around her better, and Evelyn does that!
