But what he loves most is sharing the wins, learning from the losses and competing alongside his teammates.
Everett is inspired by athletes who earn their success through hard work, resilience and determination. He looks up to players who stay humble, support their teammates and keep working when things don’t go their way. He has learned that talent can take you far, but character, effort and the willingness to keep improving are what truly make someone a great athlete.
The moments that make me proudest aren’t necessarily the biggest wins or best plays. They’re the times Everett has faced disappointment, pressure or a tough game and chosen to keep going. Watching him learn to compete with confidence, support his teammates and come back stronger has been incredible. His determination and love of sport have shaped him into not only a better athlete, but an amazing teammate and young man.
