Evie also loves how she can let all her emotions out on the pitch. No matter the day she had at school when she is at volleyball or soccer she feels those emotions slip away and she can really just let loose and be calm during sports
Evie is mainly inspired by Christine Sinclair. Evie is so inspired by the way that she managed to overcome all of the challenges of being a female soccer player in a male dominated sport when all the odds were stacked against Christine she still managed to be such a inspiration to girls everywhere
One moment in Evies athletic career that makes me the proudest is when she first joined soccer. I am so proud of the way she went to the tryout without knowing anybody there and having less experience than all the others there. It makes me so proud how even though she was nervous she still went for it and tryed her best
