Her grandma. She took care of her husband after an accident during a surgery during Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans. She quit her job to take care of him around the clock as the accident left him a quadrapalegic. He died 18 mos after that. Never left his side. Taught her loyalty and to never give up on your loved ones.
Faith has had a lot of game accomplishments- she won the homerun derby in an MVP tournament, hitting 5 over the fence, getting direct invites to All American. But what makes me the proudest is her ability to lift people up when they are down on confidence. She never meets a stranger.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
