He never gives up. He sticks with it no matter what, he's played on teams that only won one game the entire season and he stuck with his team and teammates. He always there to help his teammates when they feel like giving up and shows up no matter what every practice, even with a broken wrist and couldn't play he went and supported his teammates every practice and game
