Grady has shown that success is not just measured by medals or results, but by effort, character, determination, and the ability to inspire others. he has earned it through his effort, passion, and love for the sport.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

On the field, his coaches and teammates inspire him. He looks up to athletes who are dedicated, competitive, and willing to put in the work to improve. His coaches have also played an important role in pushing him outside his comfort zone and helping him believe in what he is capable of. Off the field, Grady is most inspired by his family. Their constant support and encouragement motivate him to keep working toward his goals while staying humble and remembering to enjoy the journey.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

One of the moments that makes me proudest is seeing Grady be recognized as MVP at the end of every season. While the award itself is something to celebrate, what makes me most proud is everything behind it—the dedication, hard work, commitment, and determination he puts in throughout the entire season. Watching him grow each year, both as an athlete and as a person, has been incredibly rewarding. Being named MVP season after season shows not only his talent, but also his consistency, leadership.
