Griffin is inspired by his family, coaches, and teammates who constantly encourage him to become a better athlete and person. His coaches have taught him that talent only goes so far and that discipline, effort, and consistency are what truly matter. His family inspires him to stay humble, work hard, and never take an opportunity for granted
One of the moments that makes me proudest is seeing Griffin commit himself to football and continue working to improve, even when nobody is watching. Watching him develop his skills, compete against athletes around him, and set bigger goals for himself has been incredible. His willingness to put in the work and keep pushing forward is what makes me most proud.
