What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

Hailey loves pretty much everything about football. Of course, she loves competing and getting to throw the ball around, but her favourite part is the community. Her teammates have become like a second family, and she loves the friendships and connections she’s made through the sport. There’s something special about going through the wins, the tough games, and all the practices together.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Hailey is most inspired by her teammates. She admires how they always show up, compete, work hard, and genuinely love the sport. They push her to be better, challenge her to step outside her comfort zone, and remind her why she loves football. She’s grateful to be surrounded by teammates who bring out her best and make her want to keep improving.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

We’re proudest of watching Hailey’s hard work and perseverance throughout the season. She consistently showed up, put in the work, learned from her mistakes, and kept pushing herself to improve. Seeing that effort pay off when she earned a starting quarterback position was incredibly rewarding. She didn’t get there overnight—she earned her spot through determination, dedication, and a willingness to keep working even when things were difficult.
