Harrison leads with heart, outworks the competition, encourages every teammate, and never stops chasing his dream.
Thank you for supporting Harrison in this competition. Your participation made a huge impact for the Why Not You Foundation and their mission to empower change in the world, one individual at a time and one child at a time.
What is Youth Athlete of the Year?
Learn MoreHarrison loves being part of a team and competing alongside his friends. Whether he’s making a play at second base, catching, pitching, or chasing down a fly ball, he enjoys every opportunity to help his team. He also loves learning new skills, practicing almost every day, and challenging himself by playing against older competition. For him, the best part of sports is having fun while constantly improving.
Harrison is inspired by his older brother, Henry. Watching Henry work hard, compete, and never give up motivates Harrison to push himself every day. He also looks up to his coaches, who have taught him that effort, attitude, and being a great teammate matter just as much as wins and losses. They inspire him to always give his best and encourage others.
What makes us proudest isn’t a single hit or championship, it’s Harrison’s commitment to getting better every day. He willingly plays on both 9U and 10U teams, often competing four to six games a week, then still asks to go practice or take lessons afterward. His determination, coachability, and positive attitude have helped him earn the respect of teammates and coaches. Watching him outwork expectations while still loving the game is what makes us proudest
