Learn MoreMy favourite thing about playing baseball is just competing with my teammates and getting better all the time. Every game is a challenge and what I like about it is that no two situations are the same. The sport is rewarding when we work together and push each other to get better and see our hard work pay off. The memories and friendships I’ve made are just as important as the game itself.
My family is the biggest motivation for me. They always have my back, they push me to work hard and push me to be my best on and off the field. They remind me to stay humble, keep improving and never give up no matter the outcome.
Whether on the ice, on the pitching mound, behind the plate or on the court, Huxley never gives up! Huxley’s tenacity, grit, and positive attitude are what leaders are made of. He is respected by coaches, players and parents and that makes us most proud!
