Ilyass is inspired by his coaches, training partners, and the high-level athletes he looks up to. He admires competitors who work hard, stay humble, and show respect whether they win or lose. They motivate him to keep improving while being a great teammate and showing good sportsmanship.
My proudest moments are seeing Ilyass compete with the same confidence and respect whether he wins or loses. After more than 100 wins and countless tough matches, he continues to shake every opponent’s hand, learn from every result, and come back ready to work harder. That growth means more to us than any medal.
