I love soccer because it challenges me to get better every day. I love competing, making plays, and working together with my teammates. My favorite part is having fun, improving, and seeing how much we can accomplish together.
My parents inspire me because they teach me that hard work, kindness, and perseverance matter more than winning. My coaches and teammates inspire me to keep learning, competing, and becoming a better player and person every day.
I’m proud of her making the Pre-ECNL and ODP levels this year after being overlooked twice for top teams. Instead of giving up, she kept working hard, even playing against boys, and believed in herself. She has learned that setbacks can make you stronger.
