What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

What I love most about playing football is the excitement and the feeling I get every time I step on the field. Football is more than just a sport to me it’s a place where I can have fun, challenge myself, and take my mind off everything else. It pushes me to work harder, believe in myself, and inspire others. Most importantly, football allows me to be myself and do what I love.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

My mother is my biggest inspiration both on and off the field. No matter where I am, I can always hear her voice cheering me on and reminding me to keep pushing forward. Her hard work, dedication, and strong character inspire me every day. She keeps me grounded, teaches me to stay humble, and reminds me to always give my best, no matter what I’m facing.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

As his mother, I’m proud of how far he has come on his athletic journey. In the beginning, he sometimes held back because he worried about what others thought of him. Through hard work, practice, dedication, and building his confidence, he has learned to believe in himself. He understands that you have to play for yourself, as well as your teammates, be proud of your effort, and be comfortable whether you win or lose. That lesson will carry him through life.
