Learn MoreHe loves to be amongst his friends and teammates and he is always looking for ways to help not just in baseball but anything he does! He doesn’t mind being in the spotlight and I love that he carries that confindence about himself! Such a brave kid!
He loves watching sports but honestly he’s been his own inspiration! I don’t teach my kids to idolize anyone, I want them to be there own idol, there own hero because even someone you idolize may not be as good as you can be and I feel you put a cap on yourself if you are always looking to be like someone else! I want him to do and be himself as authentically as he can be! He does love his mommy though and his Dad helps with coaching and likes to watch sports!
He got hit with a ball while up at bat. He didn’t cry he didn’t stop he kept batting. He hit the ball and ran to first base. After the inning pulls his pants up and his leg has a knot the size of a softball on it. I was amazed that he was able to continue not that he should have but that he finished the job at hand regardless of how much pain he was in. A good life lesson for all of us to follow and why he is such an inspiration to me! I love and miss him so much!
