What is Youth Athlete of the Year?
Learn MoreWhat I love most about football is the feeling of competing alongside my teammates and knowing that everyone is counting on each other. I love the physicality, the intensity, and the challenge of constantly getting better. But more than anything, I love being part of a team and knowing that the work I put in can help the people around me succeed.
My biggest inspiration is my family and the people who have supported me throughout my athletic journey. They remind me to keep working even when things get difficult. My faith also inspires me to keep pushing forward and trust that God has a purpose for me. On the field, I’m inspired by teammates and coaches who work hard every day and refuse to quit.
One of the moments I’m proudest of was our season opener when we won 14–6 and I finished with 11 tackles, leading our defense. It wasn’t just the statistics that made me proud. It showed me that all the time I had spent training, lifting, practicing, and pushing myself had prepared me for that moment. Being able to make an impact for my teammates when it mattered most is something I’ll always be proud of.
