What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

I love competing and getting better. I really enjoy playing defense, working hard, and doing whatever I can to help my team win. I also like being coachable and learning from my coaches.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

My dad inspires me the most because of how hard he works and everything he does for our family. Seeing his work ethic motivates me to work hard and never give up.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

Coming back from an injury is what I’m most proud of. It was hard, but I kept working and didn’t give up. Coming back stronger and better made me proud of how much I pushed myself.
