What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

She loves building relationships with her teammates and guiding them through difficult times. She is a captain for a reason because she exemplifies what it is to be a successful athlete.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

She is inspired by Kobe Bryant because of his exemplary work ethic and devotion to the game. She has not missed a practice, a game, or a tournament in four years. MAMBA MENTALITY!

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

I think the moment that makes me proudest is when she was a freshman on varsity. She was shy, but when it mattered, she was all in. She scored a winning "kill", and everyone went wild! That brought her out of her shell.
