Most of all, he loves being part of a team working together, supporting each other, and celebrating every win side by side.
He is inspired by his oldest brother, who plays indoor league football and never backs down from challenges. He’s seen him push through injuries, tackle every obstacle, and refuse to quit on his dreams. His brother’s resilience and humility have taught Jaice to stay focused, work hard, remain humble, and give his all no matter what adversity comes his way.
The proudest moment was Jaice’s eighth‑grade season when his team went undefeated and won the middle school conference championship. He played every game, then moved up to JV as the starting point guard and eventually to varsity. Even without varsity minutes, he pushed teammates in practice and cheered them on with a smile, showing true dedication, leadership, and heart.
