What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

He loves the competition and enjoys being competitive every time he steps on the field. He loves being around his teammates and coaches, learning new things, working hard, and getting better each day. Most importantly, he enjoys the brotherhood, having fun, and being part of a team that pushes him to do his best.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

I would say his parents are his biggest inspiration. They encourage him to always work hard, stay focused, and be the best version of himself both on and off the field. They teach him the importance of respect, discipline, good sportsmanship, and never giving up. Their support motivates him to keep improving as an athlete, student, and young man while always giving his best in everything he does.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

One of the proudest moments for Jamar is watching him help lead his team to victory. Whether he’s running the ball for touchdowns, making big plays, or stepping up wherever his team needs him, he always gives his best. As a bigger kid, Jamar is very athletic and versatile, and he does an amazing job playing multiple positions. Seeing his confidence, determination, and ability to contribute on both sides of the ball makes every moment special.
