What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

My son absolutely lives for soccer and thrives at every practice. He loves mastering new techniques, meeting new people, and learning directly from his coaches. His deep passion for the game shines brightest at home, where he patiently shows his two-year-old sister how to play. Whether he is building skills on the field or sharing his love for the sport with his family, his joy is completely contagious. Soccer is truly his world, and he embraces every part of it.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

My son’s soccer journey is fueled by his faith in God, family, and professional heroes. He finds inspiration of Cristiano Ronaldo and proudly cheers for the San Jose Earthquakes especially Daniel goalkeeper. At home, his strongest connection is with his dad, who supports his dreams every day. This powerful foundation teaches him to be a natural encourager on the field. By honoring God and his family, he tackles challenges with joy, lifting up his teammates and proving to be a true blessing

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

My proudest moment as a parent is watching my son’s incredible resilience on the soccer field. Whenever he falls down, he never stays down; he instantly gets right back up with fierce determination. Even more impressive is his coachable spirit, as he listens intently to his coaches and immediately applies their advice no matter what the instruction may be. This rare combination of grit, humility, and willingness to learn shows a maturity far beyond his years and makes me deeply proud.
