Receive Text UpdatesWhat I love most about bowling is the competition and always having something new to work on. I like trying to beat my best scores, learning how to play different oil patterns, and seeing myself mentally and physically improve. I also really like traveling to tournaments, meeting other bowlers, and making new friends.
My family inspires me the most because they are always there to support me and encourage me, even when I don’t bowl as well as I wanted to. They take me to practices and tournaments and remind me to keep working hard and not give up. I’m also inspired by professional bowlers because I like watching how they handle pressure, adjust to different lanes, and stay focused. It makes me want to keep practicing so I can become a better bowler and hopefully compete at a higher level one day.
Bowling my first perfect 300 game on my 13th birthday was unforgettable. A perfect game means twelve consecutive strikes, and I had dreamed of reaching that goal for years. Countless hours of practice taught me to trust my approach, timing, and preparation. In the final frame, I stayed calm and focused on one shot at a time. When the last pin fell, my family and friends cheered. I felt excitement, relief, and gratitude. This achievement was a dream come true and only the beginning.
