Brayden doesn’t really have just one player he tries to be like. He loves baseball as a whole and studies players who compete at the highest level. As Giants fans, Barry Bonds is someone he’s always admired for how dominant he was at the plate and his approach to hitting. More than anything, Brayden is motivated by his own goal of someday playing Major League Baseball.
It’s honestly not one game or one moment. What makes me proudest is watching how much he improves every year because of the work he puts in. He practices almost every day, trains even when nobody is making him, and keeps pushing himself into tougher competition. Watching all that work turn into confidence and success on the field has been the most rewarding part of his journey for me.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
