God inspires me first because he gave me my talents to be able to play the sports I love. My mom and dad inspire me because they tell me to trust God, never give up, and always do my best. Even when I don’t have a good game, they support me and tell me keep going. My coaches inspire me too because they push me to get better and teach me that everybody has a part to play and nobody wins by themselves.
One of my proudest moments was watching Jaxon play basketball while his dad coached. Many of his teammates were playing for the first time, and I watched him encourage them, cheer them on, and remind them to keep trying. My heart was full, I wasn’t just watching my son play basketball. I was watching the little boy we’ve prayed over and poured into show kindness, leadership, and love. Seeing those seeds we’ve planted grow made this mama so proud.
