What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

They love being part of a team because it’s about more than just the game. It’s about having fun, making memories, and building friendships that last both on and off the field. Sports keep him active, challenge him to be his best, and remind him that we’re always stronger when we work together.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

His response, “My parents inspire me the most off the field because they always take care of me, encourage me, and help me practice and work out so I can become better at my sport. On the field, my coaches inspire me by always motivating me to keep going, even when I get hit, feel tired, or start to get down on myself after making a mistake. My parents and coaches all remind me to stay confident, learn from every challenge, and never give up”

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

Watching him score against a rival team that had been one of the toughest opponents throughout his athletic career. It wasn’t just the goal that made the moment unforgettable, it was seeing him believe in himself & trust his abilities. That goal completely changed the energy on the field, lifting the team’s confidence and reminding the team anything is possible when you believe in yourself. Watching his hard work, perseverance, and confidence come together in that moment was something amazing.
