Learn MoreEverything. He loves the thrill of tackle football, the physical contact, and the opportunities it brings with it such as traveling to different states. He loves having a team who he considers family. Jayce loves learning all of the new plays that are taught, along with the ones he can improve on. Football is his passion. He even sleeps with a football in his hand sometimes.
On the field, Patrick Mahomes. Patrick Mahomes reminds him of himself in the sense of his motivation and leadership skills. Jayce met him on his 10th birthday and Patrick told him to keep going and always reach for his dreams even if it seems impossible. Off the field, Me. His mom. He sees the struggles and sacrifices that I make as a single mother to make sure he can achieve all of his dreams, especially with football and is forever thankful.
Winning on a national level in a different state with new teammates, some which he played against in regular season, and the relationships and friendships he has made along the way. Watching him grow as a player and as a leader has been one of many proud moments.
