What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

Playing sports helps me become a leader in the game but also in life. I have created discipline for myself within the game of sports and I actually enjoy it. I love to compete and I love to challenge myself to become a better athlete and young man overall.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

My dad inspires me to be a better person off the field first. He sacrifices so much for our family and I idolize him for everything he do. Ive noticed things he do since I was a little boy and ive always looked up to him. He is a hard worker and a provider. He also once played basketball up to a college level and he provides me some great basketball knowledge and lessons that I try to include in my own basketball lifestyle.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

The moment that makes me the proudest is when things are not going this way. When failure presents itself. Instead of quitting or complaining about his failures he tries to overcome them by working harder, studying the game and learning to prevent the same mistakes in the future. Time after time he shows resilience and he never stops trying to get better.
