What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

The relationships, how fun the game can be and how competitive it is to get that point.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

I would say her club coach. Her club coach lives and breaths the game. She takes a lot of her knowledge, continues to encourages her and corrects her when needed.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

I have never seen an athlete like her that pours so much into the sport. She watches all levels of volleyball, replays her games, sees what she needs to correct in herself, and encourages her teammates with a roughness but sincere attitude. That is something that isn't taught in these young athletes, it's born inside them. That fire - the passion.
