Off the court, he’s inspired by his family, who model discipline, character, and resilience. Their support motivates him to compete with purpose, stay humble, and keep growing as both an athlete and a young man.
The moment that makes me proudest is when Jayson, facing a tough fourth quarter, leaned on his preparation and faith, played with humility, and led a comeback that reflected his work ethic and character. He thanked his teammates and coaches afterward, showing gratitude and leadership that go beyond the scoreboard.
