What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

Softball is where I feel most at home. I love competing, challenging myself, and knowing that every pitch can change a game. The friendships, trust, and bond with my teammates make every moment special. Softball has taught me resilience, leadership, and how to handle both success and failure with confidence. The game has shaped who I am, and I’m grateful for every opportunity to step on the field and play the sport I love

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

My dad is my biggest inspiration. Even while battling cancer, he shows incredible strength, courage, and determination every single day. Watching him never give up has taught me to fight through every challenge with heart. I dedicated this season to him because every game I played was for him. His resilience motivates me to be my best, and I hope I make him as proud as he makes me every day

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

What makes me most proud is proving that my disability has never defined or limited me. Living with Stargardt disease has made every achievement even more meaningful. Winning two state championships showed me that hard work, determination, and perseverance can overcome any obstacle. My journey has taught me to embrace challenges, inspire others, and never let adversity stand in the way of pursuing my dreams
