Jeremiah

What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

I love the strategy and teamwork that football and rugby requires. I enjoy reading the field, understanding what the offense is trying to do, and working with my teammates to stop them from scoring. As a linebacker, I especially love the challenge of reading the defense, making the right decision, and being in a position to make a big play. For me it is more than just a game it’s about thinking, competing, trusting my teammates, and giving everything I have on the field.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Jeremiah Smith of Ohio State inspires me because of his talent, work ethic, and determination. I admire how Smith gives his all on every play and continues to work hard to become better. What inspires me most is seeing how that dedication has helped Smith reach the highest levels of college football. I look up to his hustle and use it as motivation to keep working hard, stay focused, and never stop improving.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

The moments that make me proudest are when Jeremiah gives his all, regardless of the score. Whether his team is winning or losing, he plays hard until the very end and never gives up. Even after a loss, he doesn’t become discouraged or blame others. He simply loves the game and is proud to compete. Watching him show determination, sportsmanship, and a love for football and rugby reminds me that he’s becoming not only a stronger athlete, but an incredible young man.
