What I love most about playing basketball, is the excitement. For example, when making a comeback! What I love most about track is pushing myself; I love to set new personal records.
My dad inspires me on & off the court/track. He pushes me every single day to be a better version of myself, while also pushing himself at the same time to be the best for our family.
One moment that stands out that makes me proud is when Jersey made the varsity team as a freshman. We were new to town. And, it just felt like all of his hard work since elementary school was paying off. We moved to Alabama to be closer to his sick grandfather & he’s truly making the best out of our family’s situation.
