What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

The friendships that she has made. Even when she plays other teams at School, she has made friends on the opposite teams. She takes the time to chat with them after game , win or loose.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Other players. Retired or still playing. She is like a magnet when it comes to meeting mentors , going to camps, talking with coaches, college players. Mom and dad.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

Today . She plays with a passion that drives her to get better. Even through adversity she enjoys & perseveres because she learned to love the game.
