She made the decision to quit competitive gymnastics and do cheer only but had one final gymnastics competition. She wasn't looking forward to it as she just wanted to be done but Jo went out there & did it. She competed & she ended up getting 2nd place in the world. The look on her face when she realized how well she did literally made her dad &I cry. Even after she won, she said "mom, I still quit gymnastics, but I did so good!" She was so proud of herself all around!!!
