John not only loves the challenge of learning new skills and perfecting skills, but he also the sportsmanship and camaraderie with his teammates and opponents.
I have a few folks. My mom has fought an aggressive cancer and had to have high dose chemo but was brave and kept a good attitude. My dad, brother, and brother in law are brave and all served in the military. My school guidance counselor helped me while my mom was going through chemo and I really admire that.
What makes me proud of John in his sports journey is his desire to always do his best, but still have fun! This is a lesson he will take with him in all he does in life.
