What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

What Jordan loves the most about playing football is the whole game! Getting out on the field, putting in the work to learn more and having fun. Football is not just something he likes to do in his free time, this is a dream and goal that has been set in place. One day you will see his name in lights playing on the field as a NFL player. Anything you can put your mind to, you can do it! We live by that!

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

His dad (Jason). Jordan looks up to him in so many ways. The time and effort he puts in with Jordan everyday to practice football on and off the field. The motivation he gives Jordan even in times Jordan doesn’t see it in himself. The bond they have is unbreakable. Jordan has the chance to witness everyday the qualities of what a good man and he strives to work towards that everyday by watching and being inspired by his dad (Jason).

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

Jordan was determined to play tackle football and as a mom I was scared. He showed me that he was ready and willing to put in the work. Allowing him to play tackle football was the best decision that we made. Every practice and game is not perfect but he shows up and shows out every time by doing his best! It’s always moments to learn and improve. Jordan loves the challenge!
