What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

Joseph loves the challenge and excitement of baseball. He loves being part of a team, working hard to improve, and competing alongside his friends. Whether he’s making a big play at shortstop, encouraging a teammate, or celebrating a win, he enjoys every part of the game. More than anything, he loves that baseball teaches him dedication, sportsmanship, and the value of hard work while having fun doing what he loves.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

Joseph’s biggest inspiration is his dad. Not only is he his coach, but he’s also the person who has taught him what it means to work hard, stay humble, and never give up. His dad constantly pushes him to be the best player—and more importantly, the best person—he can be. He encourages Joseph to give 100%, support his team, and always play with respect and good sportsmanship. Watching his dad’s dedication to the game and to helping young athletes grow inspires Joseph both on and off the field.

One moment in Joseph’s athletic journey that makes us the proudest isn’t a single hit or win it’s watching him grow into the kind of teammate every coach hopes for. He gives everything he has every time he steps on the field, encourages his teammates, and never stops working to improve. Seeing his dedication, resilience, and love for the game, while always showing respect and good sportsmanship, makes us proud far beyond the scoreboard.
