What is Youth Athlete of the Year?
Learn MoreHe loves the grind of wrestling—the discipline, the challenge, and the feeling of getting better every day. The one‑on‑one battle pushes him mentally and physically, and he thrives on proving to himself that hard work pays off.
He’s inspired by people who stay committed even when things get tough—his coaches, teammates, and family who push him to grow. Their belief in him motivates him to stay focused, work harder, and carry himself with respect on and off the mat.
I’m proudest of when he fought his way to regionals and placed 4th. Missing states only fueled him more. His determination to come back stronger—mentally and physically—showed real maturity. He’s already proving he’ll make it next season. Also being the most improved on his team and currently the only male ranked 20th for his division. Very proud moments.
