What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

He love the competition and the brotherhood that comes with it. Becoming family and not just teammates means everything to them. He enjoy learning, growing, and pushing each other to be better—on and off the field.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

He is inspired first by Mom and Dad. Mom carries so much on her shoulders, yet we never see her give up. Her strength and perseverance motivate them daily. Dad is a walking testimony—years ago, we almost lost him, but God kept him here. He’s been a father not only to us but to many of my teammates. His presence on the sideline and the way he pushes everyone toward greatness means the world. He is also inspired by his head football coach, MJ. He’s more than a coach—he listens, he teaches.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

Seeing Josiah on the field or court coaching his teammates—teaching them plays, encouraging them, and helping them understand what happened—makes me incredibly proud. He consistently puts others before himself. He takes ownership when he makes a mistake and uses it as a chance to grow. His leadership, humility, and heart show in everything he does. Honestly, there is so much I could say about Josiah.
