Learn MoreJunior loves playing baseball because he enjoys the excitement of the game, being active, and spending time with his teammates. He especially loves hitting the ball, making great plays, and working together as a team to win. Baseball makes him happy and gives him something fun to look forward to.
Jr. is inspired by his mom and coach, who both encourage him to be his best on and off the field. His mom teaches him to work hard, stay humble, and never give up, while his coach pushes him to improve, work as a team, and believe in himself.
One of the moments that makes me the proudest is watching Jr. step on the field and give it his all. Seeing how hard he works, how much he loves the game, and how he never gives up makes me so proud. As his mom, watching him grow into the athlete and person he is today means everything to me.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Youth Athlete of the Year, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
