What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

He loves the competition, teamwork, and simply being on the court. What everyone notices most is that he always plays with a smile and a big heart. He supports his teammates, enjoys every moment, and plays with genuine joy. For him, basketball isn’t just about winning—it’s about having fun, working hard, and sharing his love for the game with his team.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

His biggest inspiration is his dad, who gave him the foundation of the game and taught him to love basketball from a young age. He also looks up to Kobe Bryant for his work ethic and determination, and Stephen Curry for his skill, confidence, and love for the game. But his dad will always be his first role model—the person who introduced him to basketball and continues to support his dreams.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

At just 10 years old and in 5th grade, he has often played on teams with kids two years older than him. What makes me proudest is that he never gives up or feels intimidated. Instead, he pushes himself to reach their level, learns from them, and turns those older players into inspiration. Watching him challenge himself with determination, confidence, and a smile makes me incredibly proud.
