What is Youth Athlete of the Year?
Learn MoreWhat I love most about playing sports is that they challenge me to get better every day. I like competing, learning new skills, and seeing my hard work pay off. Sports also keep me healthy, has taught me how to work with my teammates, and pushed me to keep going when things get difficult. Most of all, I love playing because I have fun doing something I’m passionate about.
NFL players inspire me because they show what can happen when talent is combined with discipline and hard work. I want to play at a high level someday, so watching them motivates me to train, listen to my coaches, and keep improving. I know reaching my goals will take more than just being talented. It will take commitment, discipline, and putting in the work even when nobody is watching.
One of my proudest moments was winning the Super Bowl after going undefeated during the regular season. I was proud of the championship, but even more proud of the work, discipline, and teamwork it took to get there. Competing, overcoming challenges, and contributing to the team showed how much I have grown as both an athlete and a teammate.
