What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

What Juli loves most about cheer is the feeling of being part of something bigger than herself. She loves the challenge of learning new skills, pushing herself beyond what she thought was possible, and celebrating the success of her teammates. But most of all, she loves the people and the relationships she has built through cheer. Cheerleading has taught her that strength isn’t just about what you can physically do—it’s about perseverance, teamwork, trust, and lifting the people around you

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

The people who inspire her most are the athletes and coaches who have pushed her to become stronger, work harder, and believe in herself. She is inspired by those who lead through their actions, never give up, and encourage others along the way. She has taken those lessons and turned them into something truly special—becoming that person for younger athletes who look up to her.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

The thing that makes me the proudest isn’t one specific skill, award, or accomplishment. It is watching her naturally lead and inspire young athletes who hope to be like her one day. Seeing younger girls look up to her, watch how she works, and admire her strength and dedication reminds me that her impact reaches far beyond the mat. She leads without needing to be asked. She works hard without looking for recognition. She encourages others because she genuinely wants to see them succeed.
