What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

He loves being part of a team as well as the teamwork that goes into playing and most importantly he loves to have fun while playing the game.

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

For football, George Pickens because he loves his play style, his NFL team and how he dresses on the field. For basketball, Ja Morant because he loves how he plays, his vital dunks, his handles and his layups.

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

This last year he has improved tremendously as far as his skills on and off the field/court. This season has probably been his best yet and had truly given him the opportunity to shine. I think him taking a chance on trying flag football which was new for him this year, really helped him hone in on his abilities, which transferred over into tackle football and basketball. I am so proud of the young man he is becoming and how determined he is to be the best he can be. I look forward to his future
