What do they love most about playing their sport(s)?

"I love to be with my team and feel like I have more family than just my close family. They're like brothers to me. And proving everybody wrong. Many players have said I’m too small, I’ll never going to be good enough to play any position and I just love to prove them wrong. I keep that playing in the back of my head and choose to never give up. It drives me."

Who inspires them—on or off the field—and why?

"Someone who inspires me to be the best version of myself on the field would be Christian McCaffery because he’s an elite running back. If he get injured he always has a comeback game/season, proving he’s one of the best. Off the field, I’d say my mom. She’s always encouraging me to keep playing, even when it gets hard and tiring. She’s always willing to help me study plays and never fails to show up for me and the team."

What’s one moment in their athletic journey that makes you proudest?

When he transitioned to high school, he almost gave up. Practice was longer and took his entire summer as well as the school year. He was on the smaller side and bullied at times. But he didn't stop. He put in more hours, studied plays harder, trained in his down time, and never fell out of love with the game itself.
