proudest moment is watching my 6 year old son step onto the wrestling mat all by himself, showing incredible courage and focus. Even during tough matches where he doesn't get the win, he gives 100% effort until the final whistle and immediately shakes his opponent's hand with a smile. Seeing him channel the high energy of football and baseball into the disciplined sportsmanship of wrestling proves he is building true mental toughness that will serve him well in all his sports and in life.
